Do you ship internationally?
Yes we absolutely do ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Please refer to the Size Charts available on the product pages and also refer to the Size Chart page or access it at the bottom of any page on this site under the Quick Links list section.
Where are you located?
We are located in the USA and work with design production partners both within the USA and internationally to bring you the latest styles and trends from our exclusive fashion selection.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping time estimates for your item are stated on the product page or can be found on the Shipping Information page. Typically during peak season ( from Thanksgiving in November to late January) please allow more time for your order to be processed. Delivery times and estimates also vary depending on the type of item you purchase and the time of your purchase. For example, an item may encounter delays in shipping due to high demand. Some domestic and most international orders can take between 2-3 weeks. Once your item is shipped we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. What are your shipping options?
Currently, we are offering FREE Standard Shipping on all of our items, this offer covers both domestic and international shipping. Consequently, expedited shipping is not currently available with FREE Standard Shipping offer.
What do you mean by Made to Order Items?
Items that are Made to Order are found mainly in our Resort Wear and Casual Wear Boutique Collections. These are exclusively limited edition designs that are handmade, cut and printed specifically for the style and size that you order. These are NOT ready to wear items so they are made specifically for you when you place an order.
What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is an item that you can order that’s not yet commercially available. You can purchase (pre-order) the item with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later specified date that’s clearly stated on the product page. Pre-Order items are NOT ready to wear, ready to ship or in stock. Pre-order items are usually next seasons styles that you can purchase in advance to secure the item before it sells out in your preferred size.
When will I receive my Made to Order item?
Made to Order items can take from approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery (within the US) depending on the item and 2-3 weeks delivery (international) after the order is processed and made. This shipping estimate is based on regular-season shipping and delivery times and can be longer during the holiday Christmas season due to high demand. You will receive a notification when your item ships after it has been designed.
What is a Ready to Wear item?
Items that are Ready to Wear or prêt-à-porter refer to clothing that’s sold in finished condition in standardized sizes and are factory-made apparel. These items are usually in-stock items that are available for immediate purchase and shipping. Our boutique collection of formal, cocktail and party dresses, as well as our stylish sweaters and sweater dresses, are all ready to wear items you can shop in our store.
How long does it take to ship Ready to Wear items?
Ready to Wear items can take approximately between 10-14 business days during the regular season and 12-20 business days during the holiday season. Please be advised to place your orders sooner if you need your item(s) to arrive on time for a specific date or occasion.
What Made to Order and Ready to Wear items do you offer?
Made to Order items can be found in our Resort Wear and Casual Wear Collections these include handmade limited edition print dresses, blouses, tops, tees, tanks, hoodies and bomber jackets. Ready to Wear items can be found in our Boutique Dresses Collection which includes formal dresses, party dresses, cocktail dresses, and evening wear. Ready to Wear items are also available in our Sweater Shop Collection which includes stylish sweaters and sweater dresses.
Are Made to Order items returnable?
Yes you can return Made to Order items. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more information on the return process. We move quickly to cut, print, and ship your order in the shortest time frame possible. Since Made to Order items are handmade specifically for you, all returns for Made to Order items are subject to a 45% restocking fee and if the item returned is used, damaged or materially different from what was shipped by the fault of the buyer then the item is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Can I return Ready to Wear items if it doesn’t work out?
Yes you can return Ready to Wear items, please refer to our Return Policy page for more information on the return process. Additionally returned Ready to Wear items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and if the item returned is worn/ used/damaged or materially different from what was shipped by the fault of the buyer then the item is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Can I cancel an order or make changes to an order I have already placed?
We move very quickly to process your order(s) therefore once you place an order it cannot be canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order after it is placed.
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time since our Ready to Wear styles are in high demand and there is no guarantee that the item will still be in stock or available for an exchange.. Likewise, our Made to Order styles cannot be exchanged since they are custom made specifically for the buyer.
How can I track my order?
We will contact you via email when your item has shipped and you will receive tracking and delivery information.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us if you do not receive your order on or just after the estimated delivery date provided to you. Do allow up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive just in case there were any unexpected shipping delays due to the shipping company delivering your package late. Otherwise, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with your order.
What do I do if I have received a defective order?
PLEASE inspect ALL items you have ordered as soon as you receive them. If there are any defects or problems with your item(s) you need to contact us within 24 hours by email at reneedejuliette@gmail.com. We will happily get you taken care of and apologize if this happens! We ensure as best we can that orders are inspected before they are shipped out. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages, trey to open them with care.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
