RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly assist you in processing all qualifying returns. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Shipment Problems & Defective Items

PLEASE inspect ALL items you have ordered as soon as you receive them. If there are any defects or problems with your item(s) you need to contact us within 24 hours by email at info@bahamabella.com.  We will happily get you taken care of and apologize if this happens!  We ensure as best we can that orders are inspected before they are shipped out. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages, try to open them with care.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and labels attached. It is advisable for you to add tracking to your return package to ensure that we have received it. 

Please Note: Swimsuits and Bikini Sets cannot be returned because of hygienic purposes, we will not accept returns for these items.

However in the event that your order cannot be exchanged or cancelled a store credit based on on a percentage of the value of your order may be issued (upon approval) depending on the specific situation regarding the order.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@bahamabella.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item in its original packaging and securely package it for shipping. Please provide your Order Number when you are making a return or refund request.

To be eligible for a refund the returned item must be in new, unused, unworn  condition with all hang tags and labels in original packaging placed in secure package for shipping.

Non qualifying items - smells of smoke,  body odor, or pet odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. It is advisable for you to add tracking to your return package to ensure that we have received it.

 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

REFUNDS & RESTOCKING FEES

Made to Order Items Returns & Refunds

Made to Order items include all items in our Resort Wear and Casual Wear categories and collections. Since these items are custom made specifically for each customer they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item being returned is used, damaged or materially different from what was shipped by the fault of the buyer then the item will not qualify for a return.

 Please Note: Restocking fees are deducted from the refund which is the price paid for the merchandise.


EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
  

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations at this time.

We move very quickly to process your order(s) therefore once you place an order it cannot be canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order, size details or any other concern before your order is placed.

However in the event that your order cannot be exchanged or cancelled a store credit based on on a percentage of the value of your order may be issued  (upon approval) depending on the specific situation regarding the order.

 

Additional Information

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your Order Number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if applicable:
- Items with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is postmarked returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bahamabella.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Shipping 
To return your product(s) eligible for return please contact us via email at info@bahamabella.com within the first 7 days of delivery for further instructions. 

The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. 


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 


Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY or DRY CLEAN ONLY ---- PLEASE-----  DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent.  Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you LOVE them as much as WE DO :)
